1. –There are basically five different models of organisational behaviour. These are autocratic model, custodial model, supportive model, collegial model and system model (Kouzes and Posner, 2015).

The proceedings of autocratic model for organisational behaviour, gets identified by the implementation of power and formal hierarchical authoritative practices within the organisation. In this model the owners and the managerial designations takes the responsibility of managing organisational tasks and thereby controls the staff and the employees working under their perusal. In this system, the employees as the lower levels are hardly exposed to any control over the working functionality of the organisation.

The organisational behaviour under custodial model concentrates in offering economic security to the employees. Such securities comprises of adequate incentives and salaries. The management concentrates in gaining the loyalty of the employees and motivate them towards the goal of meeting organisational objectives. Retention of efficient employees under this system remains to be the core concern of the management (Kouzes and Posner, 2015).

In the supportive model of organisational behaviour, the emphasis is led over aspiring kind of leadership within the organisation. This model is much involved in motivating its employees and staff towards the act of building transparent relationships. The ideology concentrates in evaluating the performance of the employees on regular basis.

The collegial model in understanding organisation behaviour is related to teamwork, where every member of the team acts as colleagues, irrespective of their designations. In this model, all the members get enough space to express their innovative ideas and suggestions.

Under the provision of the system model, the determined organisational behaviour concentrates in comprehending the overall team structure and the working environment of the organisation for overall development. This is a model that is very contemporary in trend and is effective in current international marketing scenario.
